Consumers (B2C) – 14-day withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Businesses (B2B)
Returns for business customers are subject to prior approval and may involve restocking fees, depending on the product and condition.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Exceptions
- Custom-made or personalised products.
- Sealed goods unsealed after delivery.
- Consumables or items that have been used or installed.
